These Terms of Service govern use of auddl.co.uk and purchases made through the Auddl online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Images, colours, dimensions, finishes and packaging may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and product improvements. For products still in development or offered for pre-order, specifications may change before final production. We will not make a material change that would make the product fundamentally different from what was ordered without addressing the customer's available options.
Pet wellness information and connected products
Auddl products and services may provide pet wellness, activity, behavioural or informational insights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are consumer wellness and informational tools, not veterinary diagnostic devices or a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis or treatment. If you believe an animal may be experiencing an emergency or serious health problem, seek appropriate veterinary care promptly.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, delivery charges or other applicable charges will be shown or handled as described during checkout where practicable. You must provide accurate payment and billing information. Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Currency conversions displayed by the store or payment provider may vary with exchange rates. Your bank or card provider may apply additional conversion or international transaction fees.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. After you order, we may send an acknowledgement. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product, depending on the checkout and order-confirmation process. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet ready for normal fulfilment. Estimated fulfilment windows are good-faith estimates based on information available at the time and may be affected by testing, certification, manufacturing, component supply, quality control, freight, customs and other logistics.
Where a delay materially changes the expected fulfilment of your order, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Physical-product pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@auddl.ai, subject to any lawful exception for personalised products.
Delivery
Available destinations, delivery options, charges and estimates are shown through the store or checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any legal rights you may have if goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required period.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Subscriptions and digital services
If Auddl offers a paid subscription or digital service, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial terms (if any), cancellation method and any material service-specific conditions will be shown before purchase. Where a subscription automatically renews, charges continue at the stated interval until cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and law.
Intellectual property
The Auddl name, branding, product names, website content, designs, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Auddl and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the website and purchased products as intended.
Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Auddl is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, Auddl is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Changes to the website or terms
We may update the website and these terms from time to time. The terms applying to a purchase are generally those presented when you place the order, except where a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms deprives you of those mandatory rights.
