Scope
This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit or buy from auddl.co.uk, contact us, join a waitlist, create an account where available, interact with our marketing, or otherwise use Auddl services that link to this policy. Specific Auddl apps or connected products may also provide additional privacy information where their data processing differs from the store.
Information we may collect
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
- Order and transaction information, including products ordered, order history, refunds, discounts and transaction references. Full card details are generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Auddl.
- Account and customer-service information, including messages, support requests, preferences and information you choose to provide.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data.
- Marketing information, such as your communication preferences and interactions with campaigns.
- Pet-related information you choose to provide through Auddl services, such as pet profile details. Where connected products or apps collect additional data, we will provide appropriate information about that processing.
