Where we ship
Auddl intends to serve customers in the United Kingdom and selected international markets. The countries currently available for delivery are those shown at checkout. Availability may vary by product because of carrier coverage, product certification, customs rules, batteries or other transport restrictions.
Processing and dispatch
For in-stock products, the estimated processing and delivery information shown on the product page or at checkout applies. Orders may require additional processing time during launches, holidays, high-volume periods or where address/payment verification is required.
Pre-order products
Pre-order products are not ready for immediate dispatch. Each pre-order product page will show its current estimated fulfilment window. Different Auddl products may have different timelines because their development and manufacturing requirements differ.
Current product-page estimates should be maintained individually rather than using one blanket date for all products. For example, a mechanically simpler product may enter fulfilment earlier than a connected electronic product still undergoing testing or certification.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, items may be shipped together or separately depending on the fulfilment setup shown at checkout or communicated after purchase.
Delivery estimates
All delivery and fulfilment dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. Transit times begin after dispatch, not when a pre-order is placed. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, strikes and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on destination, product, parcel size and the shipping offer in force at the time. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer.
International orders, duties and taxes
For international orders, import VAT, sales tax, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges may apply. The checkout will indicate where taxes or duties are collected by Auddl. Where they are not collected in advance, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by local authorities or the carrier before delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact hello@auddl.ai as soon as possible if you need to request a change. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take time to become active after a carrier receives the parcel.
Lost, damaged or missing deliveries
If your order is shown as delivered but cannot be located, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, contact hello@auddl.ai with your order number. We will review the circumstances with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our policies.
